kita teringat kat dia....

orang kata, bila kita ingat kat seseorang itu, maknanya, orang tu pun ingat kat kita.. betul ke???

recently, i teringat kat dia .... banyak benda yang mengingatkan kita kepada dia...

semalam, kita lunch kat R&K, yes.. yang kat sebelah LRT setiawangsa tu.. dulu, kita penah makan kat situ dengan dia.. kita suka tempat tu... very cozy.. tempat duduk kat situ, semuanya, ala2 wooden bench ... i like!

lepas lunch semalam, kita terus sms cable kita, mintak tolong carikkan contact number dia... tak sampai 5 minit, cable kita terus reply. Kita dapat 2 number ... ofis & handphone. Kita tak berani nak call. Kita kan penakut. So, mintak tolong Agent 007 call kan.

Agent 007 yang cekap pun call hp .. tapi, aiiikkk! orang lain yang jawab ???? ... Agent 007 pun bebuat la salah nombor. Then, try pulak call ofis dia. Call.. call.. call.. akhirnya, ada orang jawab. Agent 007 pun menyamar sebagai kawan lama yang baru pulang ke tanahair. Maklumat yang di perolehi : dia sakit, kena stroke about 1 month ago and sekarang nih, dok berehat di pangkuan keluarga.

Bila dengar keadaan dia begitu, kita jiwa kacau. Kita concern jugak pasal dia ... sebab once upon a time, dia penah jadik kawan baik kita ... banyak benda yang kita lalui together.. kita really appreciate dia... dia sangat lembut... kita miss those moments together.

Semalam memang kita wish sangat dia ada dengan kita.

But today, sedang kita bersiap nak gi kerja, Suria call kita. Suria tanya, "kenapa suara u?" .. belum sempat kita jawab, Suria tanya lagi, "U selsema ka?" ... Suria memang Suria buat masa nih ... pepagi dah menyinari hidup kita. Kita realize, kita tak perlu kot nak runsing2 pikir2 pasal dia... famili dia kan ada, pasti mereka jaga dia dengan baik.. and Tuhan kan ada .. so, kita doa je la untuk dia..

Buat masa ini, kita bersyukur ada Suria ... biar masa tentukan segala... :D

I've signed up!!!

Finally, I found what I wanted and needed and so, last week I signed up at Clark Hatch @ Cap Square. What made me signed up was the was no contract, which means, I can terminate my membership anytime. I still remember, those days, membership fees at Clark Hatch was RM1,700. Now, its only RM50 for registration - promotion period katanya.... and the monthly payment is only RM147.. very reasonable!

The thing I like most about Clark Hatch is the swimming pool... Since its outlets are attached to the hotels kan.. Kat PJ Hilton (opens 24 hours!!!) .. Sheraton Subang...

I went to the outlet in Plaza Mont Kiara last wednesday. Cool .. ada indoor swimming pool. Tapi, tempat dia macam buruk sket... dah lama :(

Last Friday, I went to Crown Plaza Hotel pulak... there have swimming pool, tennis and squash facilities there. Tapi, takdak geng la pulak nak main kat sana :( The cardio machines pun quite buruk jugak ... tak best sangat .. The best so far, is Cap Square, iya la, tempat baru ... semua nya baru...

Yesterday morning, I got up at 5:30am, packed my stuff and after subuh, drove to Cap Square. Gigih ... nak try work out early morning. Early morning, perjalanan pun smooth. After work out, driving to office pun takes about less than 15 mins. Not very far and the traffic was ok. After this, I plan to workout and then baru pegi office. hehehe.. tak tau la berapa lama boleh tahan...

So, personal target, nak hilangkan at least another 5kg. Good luck!

Akak2 sebok dok tapau .... macam2 ada.. laksa johor, mee kari, nasi impit, rendang ayam, makaroni bakar, lomang ...


Selain dari senyuman menawan & hilai tawa, I datang membawa perot kosong... apa lagi, masa untuk menjamu selera..

Early bird

Yesss... I m early bird today, sampai office at 7:05am. kuar rumah around 6:40am... I bangun awal bukan la sebab tak boleh tido, teringat kat Suria ke... but because, awal pagi tadi hujan.. so, if I kuar lambat, mesti I akan space jam .. lebih baik la sampai office awal dari nak sangkut dalam jam tu.... especially if hujan nih, mesti la lebeh teruk kan..

Sampai office awal.. tenang... buat keje .. and YB (version Princess Jasmine for YM.. hehe).. 8am, Shirley sampai, dia tanya I dah breakfast ke lum ... Ingatkan dia nak ajak I pegi mamak, but, rupa2nya, dia offer I makan maggi in the cup ... Rembat je laa.... rejeki jangan di tolak...

Kat luar masih hujan .... sambil dok makan maggi, teringat kenangan2 indah dalam hidup... during a trip to US a few years ago. Memang bila travel, I selalu bawak Maggi in the cup ... it makes me feel at home ...

Masa tu kat LA ... I tido awal, penat sangat.. then, tengah malam I dapat sms from CS.. "ada maggi x?" so, I pun pegi la bilik CS hantar maggi .. Then, CS ajak I masok dalam bilik, temankan dia makan maggi... I yang tika and saat itu retard kat CS pun masok la kat bilik dia... Walaupun I pakai baju tido, but my baju tido memang long sleeve & seluar panjang... and lengkap bertudung OK!

Dalam bilik ..... CS masak air and then, buat maggi.. kitorang makan sama.. bilik dia besar, siap ada dining table kat dalam ... :) Lepas makan, dia dok tengok tv ... I pun mintak diri and beredar... If I dok sebelah dia tengok tv, tak tau la apa dah jadi kan ... hehe

Si sebalik nama CS....

Ada 1 hari, I masuk dalam bilik dia ....
Princess : Bosss...
CS: (senyum .. gelak..)
Princess : Nape boss gelak?
CS: sebab cara kau panggil aku tu...
Princess : Kenapa boss?? (dengan jujurnya...)
CS: macam sixl ...
Princess: (gelak besar)

so, since that, I panggil dia CS (cam sixl)... hehe
